The Ziet states that the Foreign Office is embittered at the doings of Italians at Durazzo. Loewenthal, the Austrian Minister, misled by false news, fied, and is unlikely to return. , St. Petersburg, May 29. It is understood that the Entente has agreed not to interfere with Albania's internal'affairs. The Novoo Vremya describes the Prince of Wied's flight as being as comical as a cheap cinema film.
