A FRENCH REINFORCEMENT. London, May 28. A Frenchwoman suffragette broke the windows of the National Gallery. She refused to give her name at the Bow Street Court and ignored proceedings. She volubly recited French and frequently shouted ''Vive Christabel." She was remanded. ,
