It ia semiofficially stated that Germany is prepared to contribute a contingent to an international force to restore order in Albania if a strictly international character is maintained. Britain ia the only Power that has not yet agreed U participate. Rome, May 27. Italy insists on the maintenance of the balance of power in the Adriatic, and the international character of the Albania* question.
