■ THE VICTIM'S CONDITION LOWER. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. Evelyn Tynan, whose father is charged with her attempted murder by cutting her throat, is still lying at the hospital in a very serious condition. Reports from the hospital state that her condition is somewhat lower than on previous days.
