LAND SALE.

An important land sale is notified by tile New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Hawera, to be held on 'Saturday, May ISO, at 2 p.m. The firm will submit on behalf of the executors of the late das. Mi acres- in Palea borough, and three quarter-acre sections, Kakaramea, on account of the late Mr. John I'nterson; also the well-known property of Mr. T. R, Exley, mi the (Hover road and Waihi road and l'antham street, comprising 11 acres, with house and outbuildings, in one lot, or divided into four lots.
