LAND SALE.

An important land sale is notified by tile New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Hawera, to be held on 'Saturday, May ISO, at 2 p.m. The firm will submit on behalf of the executors of the late das. Paterson 743 acres at Alton and Kakaramea, .subdivided into six sections, varying in areas from 84 to 203 acres. All this land is close to store and factory, and is sure to be of excellent quality. Easy terms have been arranged. There will also 'be offered the following farms: til acres at Kakaramea, on account of Messrs Oobine and Lord; 357 acres at Meremere, on behalf of Mr. J. F. McGregor; two farms at Meremere of 488 acres and 300 acres, on behalf of Mr. Henry Sanson, Stratford; 172 acres on the Ketemarae Road, on behalf of Mr. A. D. Johnson, Lowgarth'; 122 acres at Kakaramea, ,159 acres at Hurley villc. Mi acres- in Palea borough, and three quarter-acre sections, Kakaramea, on account of the late Mr. John I'nterson; also the well-known property of Mr. T. R, Exley, mi the (Hover road and Waihi road and l'antham street, comprising 11 acres, with house and outbuildings, in one lot, or divided into four lots.
