CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER. By Telegraph —Press Association. Auckland, Last Night, The hearing of the charge of manslaughter against George Frederick Eelcs, the motorman of the tramcar by which Michael Rohan was knocked down and fatally injured on April 30, was commenced in the Police Court to-day. The deceased was employed by the Tramway Company, and \vas working as a surfaceman at the time of the fatality. The hearing was adjourned.
