A BODY WASHED' ASIIORE. Bf Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, Wednesday. The body of a man was washed ashore at the west shore, Napier, this morning. From its appearance it had 'been in the water f'or several days. It lias 'been identified aa tliait of a- single man nflmedl Donald McLeod', who has been missing from Port Ahuriri since Saturday. BURST A BLOOD VESSEL. Wellington, Last Night. Frederick Knudscn, a seaman belonging to the Kapuni, 'burst n blond vessel and bled to death just before the vessel was to leave Wellington for Paten, this afternoon. The deceased was a native of Sweden, and had no relations in New Zealand.
