BY BISHOP OF BAYONNE, Times and Sydney Sun Services. Received 19, 5.20 p.m. Paris, May 20. The Bishop of Bavonnc has banned Boy Scouts, considering them a Protestant inspiration, encouraged by the Free Masons with the object of ruining the Catholic young men's societies.
