London, Aiay 19. The Welsh Disestablishment Bill passed the third reading by 328 votes to 251. The Opposition cry of "Take your money, Judas," aroused Liberal eheers. Several Labor members were absent ; dt the Derbyshire election. Sir Henry Primrose, Sir William Plender and Sir John Herbert Roberts, M.P., have been appointed Commissioners under the Act.
