Webster, A. Alexander, Newton King, W. C. Weston, A. 1!. Stasndish, A. H. Halcombe and R. I<\ Blunder!. , A sub-commitee, consisting of the Hon. 0. Samuel and Messrs 0. M. Lepper and 'F. Watson, was* set up to draft ndtiecs of motion for the coming conference. i One new member was elected. ! The committee decided to meet on - the course at an early date to arrange for further improvements to fences, etc. I The Tise of the ground* ou the racecourse; was granted to two hockey clubs. Accounts amounting to £9B ' 17s Id were passed for payment. DISTRICT COM MITT 10IJ. At a meeting of the District Comniiltee the same members were present, and | also Mr. Budge. Tha Patea Racing Club applied to hare Easter Monday fixed for its next meeting, and it was decided to send the application on to the conference.
