THE SHEARER'S CONFERENCE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Tuesday. At the shearers' conference it was decided that a deputation wait on the Mhi* istcr of Labour with regard to accommodation, and the amending of the Arbitration Act to allow the registration of Dominion unions. The question of daggy sheep was discussed, and it was unanimously resolved that members be notified thai dagging was not shearing and where employers neglected! to dag sheep the shearers should refuse to do dagging.
