<*» ' "--vCARELESS DOCTORS HEAVILY FINED. Times and Sydney Sun Services. Received 19, 6.20 p.m. Berlin, May 19. Doctors Spohr and ISacheur, anti-vac-cinationists, were fined heavily for carelessness in treating smallpox. Spohr is ill, and it is believed that he has imparted contagion to others.
