This was fixed and the tunnel cleaned, but a large ijuautity of logs and stumps -blocked it again two days after. This was again cleared. The flood also caused a washout at Rugby road bridge, taking three days 1o repair, a stone wall having to be built, which was filled with dirt, with metalling over the lop, and it segued right now. A creek near .Mr. Hunter's on Knrl'idk road flooded., causing a washout. V. ith the help of Mr. Hunter that had Ih'cu fixed, Ine road had been patched from. the Mountain road to Mr. Heel's, The contractors who were carting incbl ever a portion of the fSurrev road had agreed to deliver 20 vards of crushed metal to repair the road.
