INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
REDUCTION PROPOSED. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright Received 18, 10.35 p.m. London, April 18. The Standard says that the majority of the world's Governments favor the reduction of international letter postage to three-halfpence, and some advocate a penny. The conference in September is expected to adopt three-halfpence, to come into operation in 1915.
