ON A FREAK RAILWAY. Times and Sydney Sun Services. Capetown, May 17. Eeaon, an engineer from Birmingham, who ie at present residing at Capetown, has designed a train equipped with propellers and an aeroplano device driven by electricity. When it attains a sufficient velocity it will lift itself from the buffer spring# and fly. He believes it will reach a velocity of 10# miles per hour.
