FIGHTING PARSON SHOWS HIS METTLE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Melbourne, May 14. Two men attempted to force admission to a wedding party in St. Peter's Church Hall. Canon Hughes, who is known as the fighting parson, interviewed the two, and with well-aimed blowa tumbled the intruders into the gutter. The men were subsequently I fined for offensive behaviour.
