NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB. On the Ngamotu links to-dav the members of the New Plymouth Club will plav lie first of the St. Andrew's Cross layers with a handicap at present of 6 and over will receive a prize for the best abrogate cards in these competitions.

In-day the Wifiora Saturday members wili play the first round" of the competition for the cup presented by Mr .1. S. S. Medley. This is a medal handicap match of four rounds for Thursday am Saturday players alike. One round oi both Thursday and Saturday matches will be played each mouth.
