SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is the Dominion meteorologist's report:— Summary.—The southerly winds have moderated, cold and changeable weather lus prevailed, though showery conditions ■till, continue in the northernmost and southernmost districts. The barometer to now high everywhere. Forecast—Present indications are for moderate southerly and easterly breezes, fair weather generally, with cold nights *nd little movement of the barometer.
