TERRITORIALS AT TAKAPAU
NO COMPLAINTS REGARDING COMMISSARIAT.
By Telegraph—Pres* Association. Takapau Camp, Yesterday. The weather to-day was showery but did not interfere much with the work. Tfie day commenced with physical training, and pontoon work was 4n« in the morning and afternoon. The grounds round the tents and cookers is badly cut up. The men who had not yet finished their musketry course- did so. There are about 3000 men in camp, Te Fcilding Mountcds have the excellent record of 86 in camp out of 97. Thcie are absolutely no complaints with regard to the food, which is excellent.
Company drill will be done till the jnain body of nwn enter the camp on ™™ ay ' when the strength will be about GOOO men.
The men are very orderly and despite the inclement weather their spirits are undaunted.
The tents of the Y.M.C.A., Salvation Army and Church of England -«laim a lot of attention as reading rooms, and for concerts, etc., Th? cinema entertainment is good and' draws weH.
