ARISING OUT OF COLLISION. " By Telegraph—Press Association. Nelson, Last Night; A sequel to the fatal collision between a motor cyclist and a trap a.i Spring Grove on the night of April 13th resulted at the Magistrate's Court to-day, when Robert Wallace was charged with manslaughter by causing the death of Tom Newth, machinist, of Spring Grove, by omitting to have two proper lamps/ one on either side of his vehicle plainly visible to any person approaching. Accused reserved his defence, and was committed for trial.
