FENNER ON TRIAL.
ADMITS HIS MISAPPROPRIATIONS. By Cable—Press Association -Copyright 1 London, April 2fl. Fcnner, the stockbroker, has been charged with appropriating .637,059 for which Lord Murray was trustee. Lord Murray gave evidence that Fenner had made a clean breast and had not attempted to conceal his misappropriation. He gave witness two liens over his assets and left him free to take whatever action he liked.
