Wellington, Yesterday. Following is the High Commissioner's market report under date London, April 28: —The wool sales have commenced. There is a large attendance, including American representatives. Competition is strong. Merinos and fine crossbreds of all grades average from par to %d dearer, medium coarse crossbreds of all grades very firm at closing rates at laat sales. There are 130,000 bales of New Zealand wool catalogued. I
