NEW ZEALAND HUG BY UNION. ANNUAL REPORT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The annual report of the New Zealand Rugby Union Management Committee, referring to the results of the "A'l Blacks'" visit to America, and of the Australians to New Zealand, reviews Uie interprovincial matches, and states that £2OO was distributed last season to the affiliated unions for the encouragement of Rugby in the primary schools. An invitation had been extended to the South Africans to visit New Zealand, but this was not possible this year.

The balance-sheet shows a credit balance of £3ll, but against this must be set the expenses of the New Zealand team during the current season. The following amounts are now on loan to affiliated unions:—Hawke's Bay, £845; Wanganui, £500; Taranaki, £225; Wellington, £1050; Southland, £2450; Otago, £OSO. Arrangements have been made to increase the Otago advance by £3OO for ground improvements. The balance-sheet shows that the accumulated fund at March 31, 15)14, was £10,335 0s 10(1.
