WASHING-UP PROCESS. Times and Sydney Sun Services, Tokio, April 27. The new Cabinet is pledged to the eradication of naval corruption and washing of dirty linen, It is probable that three directors of the Mitsui Bussan Kaisha, agents of Yickers, Limited, will be charged with bribing Vice-Ad-miml Matsiounoto with £40,000, through the retired Vice-Admiral Matsua, in connection with the contract for building the cruiser Kongo. The agent's commission amounted to £150,000.
