The Bakers' Union application for the substitution of day baking was dismissed by the Federal Arbitration Court, on the ground that public convenience favored the system of night baking.
A NOVEL AUTOMOBILE.
Times and Sydney Sun Services, Pveceived 24, 5.20 p.m. Ijondon, April 23. A motor car on two wheels, placed centrally on a chassis, has been built to the order of Schilowsky, a Russian lawyer, by Wolscley's. The power is devised by a gyroscope in the centre of the chassis below the front eeat9. The car is electrically-driven.
