TARANAKI KUfiBY LEAGUE. A meeting'of the above clulj was 'hold last Tiiprlit, Mr. G. Blaiichard presiding. An apology xvas received from tlie president (Mr. Ridgley) for his unavoidable absence. A number (if vice-presidents and honorary members Were elected. It vr:is decided that the eltib colors lie blue and white.
Mr. 0. Blanclmrd was appointed delegate. Mild Mr. G. Hooker playing delegate. After some discussion as to whether there should be one or three selectors, Mr. Gilchrist was appointed sole selector.
Tt was decided to endeavor to arrange a mutch with Klthani, to be. played at New Plymouth at an early date. Tt was also decided to apply to the New Zealand Council for a subsidy.
