Pielion, late Minister for Foreign Allah's, commenting oil M. i-avisse's letter, says the members of the .Entente are united by deeper reasons and more natural feelings than those linking the Triple Alliance, hut the Entente, in order to fulfill its pacificist task efficiently, requires a constant exchange of views, a definite agreement, and complete cohesion. St. Petersburg, April 17. The Xovoe Vremyn says the Triple lintente saved European peace in the lialkan crisis, and deserves Russia's cordial support. The Retch declares that the Entente should not be transformed into an alliance, but nevertheless it should 1)C more diligently turned to account. -
