PLAGUE IN CHINA.
OUTBREAK AT HONGKONG. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright « Received 17, 8.45 p.m. c Sydney, April 17. t ' The steamer Chang-Sha, arrived from ' Hongkong, reports a serious outbreak of plague. Two hundred cases and 160 deaths were reported in the week previous to her departure.
