Lord Hugh Cecil recently blocked the Divorce Bill, and by way of retaliating a number of Liberal members blocked a number of motions affecting important business. Mr. Asquith has now announced that he will make the remedy a Government affair. THE GENERAL ELECTION NOT IN JULY. London, April 15. Mr. Asquith. in fhe House of Commons, stated that the rumors that the election would be in July were not true.
