The Army Service Organisation, a vital branch of the service, in which the New Zealand defence forces were formerly deficient, has now been practically completed. hi general orders at is notified that the distribution of com- | panics of the New Zealand Armf (Service Corps has been arranged as under:— NORTH ISLAND. No. 1 Company (headquarters and details), Auckland. No. 2 Company (infantry brigade), Auckland, Hamilton, Rotorua and *Vhangarei. No. ;i Company (infantry brigade), Wellington. No. 4 Company (Mounted Rifles Brigade), PalmcTston North, Napier, Maaterton and llawcra. No. 5 Company (mounted rides brigade, independent), Auckland. SOUTH ISLAND. No. (i Company (headquarters and details), Invcreargill. No. 7. Company (infantry brigade), CliriatcUnn-h, Nelson, Rangiora and Till larn. No. S Company (infantry brigade), Dunedin. Xo. 1) Company (mounted rifles brigade). Chris,U*luu'ch. No. 10 Company (mounted rifles 'brigade, independent). Dunedin. Depot companies will be formed later in Auckland. Wellington, Canterbury and Otago.
