. MARVELLOUS DEVELOPMENTS. Times and Sydney Sun Services. Reecived 13, 8 p.m. Capetown, April 12. The Dominions Commission luis completed its enquiries in South Africa. Sir E. Vincent, speaking for himself considers the most remarkable affair since the war has been the agricultriut development. He went so far as to say that relatively more brains were being put into agriculture in South Africa than in any other part of the Empire.
