DISTRICT NEWS.
WAftEA. {From Our Own Corresnoiulont}. I am very pleased to be able to report that the Kgmont County Council have got their crusher this way again, and! we are getting a'few chains of new metal on the road, which was beginning to get very rough in places. It is a great pity that the council couldn't see its way clear to have tliil road roller here rolling the metal as it is put down.. Foreman Newport and his stall are making a splendid job of the .road, and it will be quite a change, not to have travellers telling us that the roads about Warea are the worst in Taranakii..
