LETTER THIEVES.
ORGANISATION SUSPECTED. Times and Sydney Sun Services. Received 8, 5.25 p.m. London, April 6. During the prosecution of a bookmaker's clerk lor jeeeiving a letter containing a cheque, addressed to anotner person, counsel for the Post Office staged tk*i the prisorter was believed to be •iiociated with a gang of letter-thieves in the Post Offiee, who stole letters containing money orders, cashed them, and used the money for their own purposes.
