GREAT COTTON FIRES.
ENORMOUS LOSSES. By Gable —Press Association —Copyright Received 7 ; 8.50 p.m. Bombay, April 7. Two further cotton fires were extinguished after damage amounting to £40,000 had been done. Another is still burning, and already £40,000 worth >f damage has been done. Some exjerts favor the theory of spontaneous iombustion.
