At an extraordinary general meeting of the Wellington Investment Trustee and Agency Company Ltd., to-day. the following resolution, which was passed at a nieotimr held on the 10th in-tant, was continued: '-That the capital of the company he increased to £21111.1)00 by the creation of ]OO,OOO new ordinary shares of £1 each, rankiiw for dividem" in. all other respects pari p.i-sn with the existing ordinary share.-, of the company." Resolutions wrm also passed, making provision for dealing with additional shares and amending the articles of association. COMPETITIONS FOR PAHIAITA. Pahiatiia. Last. Xiplit. It has been decided to hold musical, elocutionary and literary competitions extending over three days here, bcainning in August. An attractive programme is being drafted.
