FATAL ACCIDENTS AMONG AIRMEN. • TWO AVIATORS BURNED TO DEATH. THREE FATALITIES. Paris, April 1. Emile, Vedrines' ytuinger brother, was killed while toftUsig'a monoplane at Champagne. Pierre Testulat and a passenger were testing an aeroplane at the Champagne aerodrome when they struck a pylon, half-an-hour after Vedrines had been killed, and both were killed. Received 3, 12.3 a.m. Paris, April 2, Testulat's machine was suspended on the pylon, and ignited. Both men were incinerated. FREAK FLYING JUSTIFIED. Times and Sydney Sun Services. Received 2, 3 p.m. London, April 2. Professor Bucks, lecturing at thj Aeronautical Society, said the early troubles in aviations were due to inexperience and lack~of confidence, and the present high standard was chiefly the result of improvement in piloting. • The speaker justified freak flying, declaring that the loopers and upside-down flyers had increased their confidence enormously.
