Lord and Lady Emmott, and Captain and Mrs. Collins attended the farewell luncheon given by Scottish Liberal members of Parliament to Mr. and .Mrs. Munroe-Ferguson at the House of Commons. Mr. Cathcart Wason presided. Mr. Asquith in informally proposing Mr. Munroe-Ferguson's health, paid a tribute to his long Parliamentary services and said he was quite the right stamp of man for Governor-General of one of the new democracies. ■
