THE DUXLOP COMPETITION. By Telegraph—Press Association. Timaru, Thursday. A South Canterbury team to-day rode the Dunlop Competition, 100 miles relay race, ten men each, five miles out and back, on the Washdyke Point road. It was a fine day and the road was in good order, but several of the men were hampered by sheep. The total time was four hours, 30 minutes. 50 seconds, which is 2%min outside the Coburn (Victoria) club lead. Another attempt is to be made. The best individual time was E. Tozer, 25 minutes 51 2-sscc.
