ALLEGED REBEL REPULSE. ANOTHER ACCOUNT. By Cable—Press Associations-Copyright Washington, March 25. The Mexican Embassy has received news of the repulse of the rebels around Torreon. Received '27, 12.-15 a.m. Mexico City, March 27. The War Departbent claims that the rebels were routed and are retreating northwards, with the Federals pounding them in the rear.
