INFANTILE PARALYSIS.
THE ENDEMIC SPREADING. By Telegraph—Press A ■ u.-mtion. Christchurch, Wednesday. At the meeting of the Hospital Board Dr. Fen wick presented a report on Infantile paralysis, stating that the digeaßo was in a mild form, and there had_ been two recoveries, the first recorded. Dr. Valintine said 41) eases had occurred in Dunedin, 30 in Christchurch, and reports from Taranaki suggested that there was an epidemic there. The peculiar fact was that the disease attacked many .\dnlts, but a good feature was the recoveries, Dr. Fcmyiek suggested the probability of another epidemic next autumn.
