On TUESDAY jyjQ AR C H Q j AT THE BREAKWATER. In connection with the Regatta, the lnuch-talked-of Yacht Race, for .1:20 a-side, between Mr. Connett's boat "Ely" and Mr. R. Cock's "Elderbelle," will taku place. The course will be 9 miles—from the Breakwater to a point opposite East End beach, and will be run under the control of the Regatta Committee,
