Sections at Taliora will be offered for sale as soon as possible. A tract of 322 acres in Block IV., Mimi, will bo. offered for selection under optional conditions at valuations to be fixed, selector to provide bis own access. Section 1, Block B„ Aria S.D., 52 acres, will be re-offered for selection on optional conditions, at fiOs per acre. Tlie sale by auction of sections 30 to U, Spotswood settlement, to Maud Cheffin{,'s, and section 37, Spotswood settlement, to Samuel Joseph Crozier, were confirmed; possession on April 19. Mr .T. I-leslop was instructed to visit Waihi Reserve with the Commissioner, with a view to subdivision for dispo-al. GENERAL. / Mrs James, the holder of sections (I and 7, Block IX., "Waro S.D., was advised to apply to have the land formed into a special reading area in regard to expenditure of "thirds." It was resolved to give notice to A. A. Hopkirk that, failing completion of his application for section 20, Block If.. Ngatimaru, 19 acres, within 21 days the land will be otherwise dealt with.
