MASTERTON SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press A^.ociat'on. Masterton, Last Night. In the Supreme Court to day, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty in thV case in which Arthur William Petheriek was charged with perjury. Sitting in the Divorce Court. Judge Edwards granted decrees uisi in the cases Hcggie v. Heggie (husband's petition) and Johnston v. Johnston (wife's petition), both on the grounds of desertion.
