THE RETORT COURTEOUS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Tuesday. Sir Joseph Ward hns sent the following reply to Mr. Hiram Hunter, president, of the Social Democratic Party in Cliristcliurch, as to the now LiberalLabor Federation in that city:—"ln reply to your telegram: Conduct your business as you think best. I have no right, directly or indiratly, to interfere. with the decisions of yourself or am- other section of the community.— .1. '<!. Ward."
