THE ELTHAM CLUB. Idle annual meeting of the Eltham Golf Club.was held on Thursday night, The annual report stated that greens were prepared at considerable expense during the wear. The linanciel position of the club was satisfactory. The bal-lance-sheet showed a credit of £> 2s sd. The' election of officers resulted as follows: President, Mr. C. A. Wilkinson,, M.P.; vice-president, Mr. D. Syme; club captain, Mr W. D. Ross; general committee, Messrs. Grimstone, Chalmers, Tayler and Stewart; sicrutary. Mr. Morrison; handicap committee, Messrs. Ross Chalmers and Stewart. ' , ' ' On the motion of Mr. Ross, seconded by Mr. Chalmers, it was resolved that the matter of erecting a pavilion and .the fixing of the opening dav be left in the hands of the committee. The prize-winners of the Eltham Golf Club for the last season were: Mixed foursomes. Mr. and Mrs. Grimstone; men's bogey, Mr. W. D. Ross; ladies' handicap, Mrs. Bennett and Miss Wilson I (tie): men's bogey Mr. Jago; men's handicap. Mr. Chalmers; ladies' handicap. , Miss Tnyler; mixed foursomes, Miss Wilson and Mr. D. Syme; men's 'championship. Mr. W. D. Ross.

.THE- WAVKRLEY CLUB. . The Wavcrley Club had a successful season last year, it now having a credit balance of over £2O. The club is lucky in that it has to pay no rent, the uresident (Mr. R. Bremer) bavins;' for years aiven the club the, use of his property. The following officers were elected at the annua! meeting:—President: .Mr. P.. Bremer; vic-prcsidents: Messrs. 1). Co<ihill and W.
