ARTIFICIAL MILK.

PURER THAN THE DAI 11Y ARTICLE. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright London, March 17. Synthetic milk, pure, wholesome and highly nutritive, possessing all the virtues of the natural product, has been made in a London chemical laboratory. The fluid is indistinguishable from rich cows' milk and is delightfully smooth to the palate. A dairyman was given two glasses, one containing his own cows' milk and the other the artificial. He praised the latter, believing it was his cowb' milk. The new product is built up of casein obtained from the soya bean.
