Their Majesties attended a charity matinee at the Palladium Theatre. A suffragette shouted a protest against the imprisonment of Mrs. Panknurst. The police turned her out, and then other suffragettes in the gallery showered down literature and were ejected. The newspapers are publishing urgent appeals for more drastic punishment, including deportation.
