BLACKBALL COAL. v The Ngatoro is expected liere from Onehunga shortly with the baalnce of her cargo of coal (about 150 tons) for the Railway Department. She arrived off the wharf on Monday, but learning that there was no labor available, she went on to Onehunga. TO LOAD AT NEWCASTLE. The Kaitangata is expected to go on the loading berth at Newcastle on Tuesday to take in coal for New Plymouth and Picton.
