All local events are confined to residents for a" period of three months within a radius of ten miles of the Inglewood Post Office. Handicaps will be declared on March 13, 1914. Acceptances close on the ground at 11 a.nt. CONDITIONS. The committee reserves to itself ihr right to make any alteration in the programme, it deems necessary, or to alter the date of the sports.
