Later, Mr. Massey delivered an address at the Irish National concert, and then gave a poliiicn] address in''-the other theatre before a very large <tat.li-. ering. The Prime Minister was subjected to a good de;il of heckling from the extreme Socialist section, hut the meeting passed'off oh tli'e whole very goodhnmoredly, concluding witli a vote of thanks and confidence, which was opposed'by the Red' fed.'section of the audience. A prominent Liberal attempted to speak, but the meeting declined to give him a bearing.
